  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to your original shipping box.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are intact.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
